How is the CatRobo used?
The CatRobo is very easy to put into operation. You can find a detailed explanation of the application here: Application.
How big is the CatRobo?
The total area of the CatRobo is 0.36 square meters and can be placed in any corner of the house.
The CatRobo has a compact size of 64.2 x 60.5 x 65.5 cm (width x height x depth) and a capacity of 86 liters, so every cat has enough space.
Which cats is the CatRobo suitable for?
The CatRobo is basically suitable for all cats. Your cat should weigh at least 0.7kg and a maximum of 10kg.
How many cats is the CatRobo suitable for?
The CatRobo is suitable for up to 5 cats.
Can I use the CatRobo in the bathroom?
Yes, you can use the CatRobo in your bathroom. Make sure it does not come into contact with water. The CatRobo is best used in a cool, dry room. Make sure it is on a flat surface, such as a wooden floor or tiles. Carpet is less suitable as a base.
How do I get my cat to use the CatRobo as intended?
We always advise our customers to take some of the old litter with them into the new litter box so that it is easier for the cat to get used to the CatRobo. Additionally, you can place the CatRobo in the same place as your old litter box to make the transition to the new litter box easier.
How can I clean the CatRobo?
To clean the outer hood or surface of the CatRobo, please use a damp cleaning cloth. Make sure that no liquid enters the housing.
The spreading compartment and the collecting container are removable and can therefore be easily removed and cleaned. Regular cleaning is recommended. Make sure all components are dry before reassembling.
How does UV cleaning work?
Attach the UV cover to the KatzenRobo. The drum must not rotate during this time. After 15 minutes the cover can be removed and the UV process is considered complete. UV cleaning occurs silently.
Do I have a guarantee?
We grant you the statutory warranty of 24 months from receipt of the CatRobo.
How does the CatRobo (refurbished) differ from the other CatRobo model?
The refurbished CatRobo models are, for example, exhibition pieces or products from returns. A general overhaul means the environmentally friendly, professional repair and cleaning of used devices.
The refurbished CatRobo devices do not differ from the standard model in their function or appearance.
Wie gewöhne ich meine Katzen an den KatzenRobo?

Shipping & Returns
Is shipping of the CatRobo free?
Shipping costs to Germany and Austria are free and to all other EU countries €14.99. We ship the Robo insured and with a tracking number from our partner DPD.
How long does delivery take?
As a rule, the delivery time takes approx. 5-8 working days within Germany and 15-20 working days outside Germany.

You can return the CatRobo within 30 days without giving any reason. However, the revocation must be expressly announced in writing (via email to support@catrobo.com). Simply returning the goods (without an express declaration) within 30 days is not sufficient.

What does it mean when a STOP sign appears on the CatRobo screen and the CatRobo does not rotate?
In this case, we recommend turning off the CatRobo, removing the UV hood cable and plugging the white power cable back into the socket. The STOP sign should then disappear and the CatRobo should work without any problems.
What is the button under the screen for?
The black button below the screen is used to pause the device. If you press the button once, the cat robot will stop and the STOP sign will appear. If you then press the black button again, the CatRobo will restart.
What is the WLAN symbol for?
This function is not yet integrated into CatRobo. We are working on making the feature possible soon.
How much litter can be filled into the CatRobo?
The CatRobo's silicone mat is marked MAX. You can fill the CatRobo with litter up to this mark.
What if the drum stops turning?
We recommend that you check the cleaning system. You can remove the lid of the CatRobo and check whether the parts fit together correctly.
Wie kann die Matte im Inneren ausgetauscht werden?
Wir empfehlen die Matte im Inneren des KatzenRobos regelmäßig auszutauschen. Um die Silikonmatte zu entfernen, müssen Sie zunächst die Schrauben herausdrehen. Sie lässt sich dann leicht herausnehmen. Wenn Sie die Silikonmatte wieder einlegen, vergessen Sie nicht, die Schrauben wieder anzuziehen.
What if the scale shows a weight that is too low/too high?
If the CatRobo displays an incorrect weight, you can carry out the following steps:
1. There is a black stop and start button at the bottom of the KatzenRobo screen. Press the button 8 times until the number 50 appears on the screen.
2. Then place a weight of 20 kg or an object that corresponds to this weight into the KatzenRobo.
3. Press the black button again.
4. The number 70 should appear on the display.
5. Press the black button again.
6. The display should now show a weight of around 20 kg.
7. Wait about 10 seconds until the green light starts flashing.
8. Remove the 20 kg weight from the CatRobo.
9. The system is ready for use again.

- Nutzen Sie den individuellen Schlafmodus-Timer, um das Gerät automatisch zu einer bestimmten Zeit auszuschalten und einen erholsamen Schlaf zu ermöglichen.
